With WP, there's an RSS link (that orange icon in the footer, apparently it's http://moonhmz.com/blog/feed/ ), subscribers just add that link to their feed reader (eg. Google Reader). :)
I, on the other hand, have no idea how blogger/blogspot "follower" thingamajigs work. @_@
